Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Management Studies, and Research & SVIMS Business School in collaboration with University of Mumbai & NHRWA has organized two days multi-disciplinary conference on “Contemporary issues in Business Management, Entrepreneurship & Innovation” – ABHINIVISHTHA BHARAT on 17 th & 18 th April 2023.
Day-1 of the program was very interesting with, six speakers from industry presented their views on the theme of the conference. The day was totally dedicated to the speakers from corporate across various sectors. Ms. Annie Mathen, VP HR Randstad source right was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Along with her Ms. Preeti Sakhre, Mr Mihir Ajit Shah, Mr C Vikas Babu, Mr Raja Gopal & Mansi Veera graced the occasion with their sessions.
On day-2 of the conference, the fraternity from academics including faculties, researchers and students presented their researchers on the theme of the conference. In total 46 academician, researchers and management students presented their research papers for the conference. Dr. Amiya Kumar Mohapatra & Dr. Pakutharivu were the chairperson and co-chairperson for the faculty track respectively whereas Dr Kumud Khurana & Dr. Sree Sailaksmi were the chairperson and co-chairperson for the students track respectively. They not only appreciated the quality of research but also gave their expert comments on the research work. The track presentations were followed by the Valedictory session where the best research papers were awarded. Ms Shradha Gupta – MATS University & Dr.Priyanka Dukhande -SVIMS received the awards for best paper presentation in Faculty track,where as Ms.Anugya Gupta and Mr. Vaibhav Jaiswal along, Ms. Pihu Soni from Rishihood University & Ms. Simran Kinger – PGDM (SVIMS Business School) won awards for Best paper presentation in Student’s Tracks. Dr. Rajinder Aurora was the guest speaker at the valedictory session where he presented his speech on the theme of the conference.The outstation candidates appreciated the management of the conference. The event was equally liked by one and all participated in these two days intellectual event.
