The attitude of Management trainees towards changing corporate life

Sir M Visvesvarya Institute of Management studies organized a Samarth series seminar on “The attitude of Management trainees towards changing corporate life.” on January 20, 2024 in the seminar hall. 

The session encouraged the students positively which fosters expertise and engaging teaching style which resulted into learning experience truly valuable. The session focussed on continuous learning, action learning, understanding organizational values and the initiatives, willingness to learn, commitment, discipline, and integrity are expected from the students.

The session provided a deep understanding of the corporate life structure and its description in understanding the real values. It not only concentrated on the levels of hierarchy but also it focused on pivotal role of HR in the selection process of an employee.

The session also highlighted some important skills such as taking initiative, learning agility, effective communication, networking, analytical skills, digital proficiency, and organizational skills which are crucial for success in a corporate environment.
