Dr. Michele Sagan is a distinguished leader with over 25 years of experience in leadership, management, and finance. She has held senior roles with organizations such as the Asia School of Business, UBS, HSBC, and CIMB, where she managed client portfolios of up to RM2 billion and spearheaded revenue growth initiatives. Dr. Sagan is a certified leadership development and human capital strategist, psychotherapist, executive coach, and EQ practitioner. She has led projects on business strategy, culture, change management, and workforce transformation for boards and senior management teams across industries including oil and gas, construction, finance, telecommunications, and SMEs. Her achievements include recognition in the Malaysia Women Leaders Award 2025, the Movers and Shakers Award by Asia HRD Congress (2023), HR Hot List by HR Inc. (2024), and selection as one of the Top 250 Global Thought Leaders by Insight250 (2024). Dr. Sagan is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM), the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers, and the Malaysian Association of Psychotherapists.
Rosana SILVEIRA REIS is Associate Professor at ISG International Business School. She has been living in Europe since July 2004. She spent six years in Italy, where she defended her Ph.D. in Management at the University of Bologna, and the last thirteen years in France where she is currently Associate Professor at ISG International Business School in Paris.
She has 35 years of experience in Human Resources, 15 of them as a manager in large companies in Brazil.Since 2000 she has been teaching in undergraduates, Master and MBA Programs, the disciplines: Human Resource Management, International HRM, Organization Behaviour, Management of Innovation, Cross Cultural Management, and Doing Business in America. In her research, she is working in the cross-border of Organization Behaviour, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. Her focus is on Ecosystems of Innovation, Migrant Entrepreneurs, Platform workers, Culture & Inclusion, Creativity in Global Teams, and Leadership.
She was elected Country Representative to represent France in the EURAM Council of Country Representatives for the period 2021 to 2024. She is also French Coordinator at MIG.EN.CUBE Project – International Research Consortium sponsored by Erasmus+.

Prof. Dr. Mohan Lal Agarwal, Dy. Academic Dean, University of West London, UAE Campus, elaborated on importance of International careers in Gulf Cooperation Council for students. Gulf Cooperation Council includes countries like Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. He suggested students to take up career in finance, marketing and Human Resources in these GCC Countries. He emphasized that many Indians are working in these GCC Countries. Students of finance, marketing and Human Resource Management specializations can persue their career in GCC Countries. Students can save good amount of money by doing jobs in these countries. Later he answered questions from faculties and students.
