Objective of Activity-  Inaugration of the SRUJAN SVIMS RESEARCH & INNOVATION CENTRE  (SSRIC) and establish the mission and vision of the centre, aligning it with SVIMS’s core values.

Brief Description of Activity- The Research Centre at SVIMS, namely, SRUJAN SVIMS RESEARCH & INNOVATION CENTRE  (SSRIC) was inaugurated to promote research and allied activities within the institute. Dr. Satvindar Singh Badi, a key member of the IIC, was invited as the chief guest for the occasion. The event commenced with a welcome address by Director Dr. Purushottam Patil, emphasizing the urgent need to integrate research with innovation, industry collaboration, and student projects. Dr. Roopam Agrawal, ( Convenor, SSRIC), outlined the mission and vision of the centre, aligning it with SVIMS’s core values. Dr. Vishwanath Malji, (convenor SSRIC) introduced the chief guests, our Hon trustee Shri Parthasarthi Naik highlighted how integrating innovative approaches and fostering a culture of continuous development are essential for meaningful research outcomes that align with institutional goals and societal needs. In his speech, Hon Smt. Padmaja Banwasi, and Mr. Anant Banwasi, along with other respected trustee members honored Dr. Badi with a sapling as a symbol of growth and appreciation. In his keynote speech, Dr. Badi highlighted the significance of research in shaping future development. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Dhanashree Potey (convenor SSRIC). Faculty and staff members of SVIMS were present to mark the beginning of this important initiative.
