RELAY is a Entreleadership Program (REP). It is aimed at budding entrepreneurs/management students/working professionals to build upon an entrepreneurial attitude which can be put to practice in their current jobs, own ventures or life in general.
The modules at REP are conducted in a specific order, bringing out the principles of management, proven strategies in the real world. The learning out of each session is very broad, allowing the participant to ‘plug’ them wherever and whenever in his/ her life. Entrepreneurship or Entreleadership cannot be taught, it needs to be experienced. Relay here, works as the right catalyst!
The program helped the participating students to develop team work, leadership qualities, time management etc thus helping them to develop better understanding of the management curriculum.
